We do however understand that sometimes a purchase just may not suit, so if you wish to return your purchase please follow the instructions below. 

Please advise us via email within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will respond to your email advising of your next steps. Please keep the packaging we provided if it is still intact, or provide new packaging if you no longer have. Please ensure the return is packaged well. Please note, Octane will refund you the purchase amount, less the postage and handling.  A tracking method of postage is recommended as we cannot process returns if they become lost in transit.  Once we have received your return we will process the credit less any postage costs, and credit the card you used to purchase the product.
