Shipping and returns:

Orders over $92 AUD receive FREE shipping automatically. Australia only. Standard  postage only.

Octane endeavour to action your order within 24 hours of placement, however please keep in mind things like public holidays, busy periods etc can have us stuck in neutral for a second or two. Once your order has left the Pits, we’re in the hands of our trusted courier services, who from what I’ve witnessed drive like Schumacher, so rest assured, modern day viruses aside, you will see your parcel within 3-5 days around Australia. Guys in Kununurra, maybe a little later.  Please see express rates if your fuel tank is empty and you need a super quick top up.

Returns

At Octane we strive to deliver to our valued customers the best products we can. Our stringent processes, decades of experience, and high quality ingredients are tried and true, and packaged to get to you safely.

We do however understand that sometimes a purchase just may not suit, so if you wish to return your purchase please follow the instructions below. 

Please advise us via email within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will respond to your email advising of your next steps. Please keep the packaging we provided if it is still intact, or provide new packaging if you no longer have. Please ensure the return is packaged well. Please note, Octane will refund you the purchase amount, less the postage and handling.  A tracking method of postage is recommended as we cannot process returns if they become lost in transit.  Once we have received your return we will process the credit less any postage costs, and credit the card you used to purchase the product. We will then advise you via email of your completed credit.
